Whistleblower System
Have you obtained information about violations in connection with your professional activity or before a professional activity? In order to fairly and appropriately investigate reports of violations that pose risks for the company, its employees and other people, we have set up the whistleblower system.
Violations of rules with risks include, for example, corruption, antitrust and money laundering offenses as well as violations of technical specifications or violations of environmental regulations. Personal issues, such as sexual harassment or human rights violations, are also included.
Whistleblowers who report possible violations based on concrete evidence are protected by the company. The confidentiality of your person is guaranteed.
How is a tip processed?
Qualified and experienced employees of the reporting office thoroughly check all reports for possible violations of the rules and follow them up systematically.
- First you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
- The reported matter is being examined. This includes obtaining information, particularly from the whistleblower. Only if there is an initial suspicion of a possible violation of the rules will an appropriate internal investigation into the case be carried out.
- After completion of the audit, the reporting office evaluates the results and, in the event of any misconduct being identified, takes appropriate follow-up measures.
- The company takes appropriate measures to remedy the rule violations.
Information about the processing status of your report and the result of a possible investigation will be communicated to you immediately, provided you have not submitted an anonymous report.
