Unplanned downtime not only costs time and money, but also disrupts the workflow – and that is exactly what we need to prevent!
HAAS spare parts – quality you can count on
Our spare parts experts are specialised in quickly identifying and supplying the parts you need. We only use original HAAS parts that are produced in the latest manufacturing facilities and regularly undergo quality checks. In this way, we guarantee high machine performance and avoid unnecessary costs.
Customised service packages – individual and economical
We create customised spare and wear part packages that are specially matched to the needs of our customers. The result: predictable costs, low downtimes and maximum performance. Whether preventive maintenance or targeted repairs – we ensure that the machines remain operational at all times.
HAAS online monitoring – efficiency at a glance
We provide our customers with HAAS online monitoring. This offers a simple way to keep an overview of the condition of machines at all times. In the event of a malfunction, we can react quickly and easily via remote diagnosis to minimise expensive downtimes.
Machine refurbishment
If required, we also offer reconditioning of the tool shafts, painting work or a complete overhaul of the HAAS machine. The department takes care of the coordination, preparation and ensures that the appropriate spare parts are on site in the required time. The actual reconditioning, including the thorough inspection and renewal of all technical and mechanical components, is then carried out by our qualified colleagues in production.
Meet the team
- Sebastian A. – As head of department, he coordinates all processes and assists customers in word and deed. If required, he can also be on site in person.
- Sebastian S. – Responsible for the technical clarification of spare parts enquiries and the preparation of suitable offers.
- Enrico, Alexander and Andreas – Responsible for order processing, organisation of service assignments, including hotel and travel bookings.
- Sina and Mareike – Maintain an overview in the back office. Their tasks include managing customer master data, coordinating scheduling with production and dispatch, and preparing orders for invoicing.
The team is complemented by five internationally active service technicians who maintain, commission and, if necessary, repair machines on site worldwide.
With a comprehensive stock of spare parts and customised solutions, we help to keep downtimes as short as possible. Even a complete overhaul of the machines is no problem for our service team.
