Last week, our Managing Director Sascha Kloft and Service Manager Sebastian traveled to Australia to personally meet the Pacific team and strengthen this promising partnership. During the visit, Sascha Kloft and Fab Carrettin, Executive General Manager at Pacific Materials Handling, officially welcomed the arrival of the first HAAS TYRON 2000 XL at their Laverton North yard. The machine made a spectacular entrance, arriving on a truck, symbolizing the start of our partnership.

Service Manager Sebastian Alhäuser also conducted an on-site training session for the Pacific team, emphasizing the importance of both operational safety and ensuring the machine runs smoothly for its users. At HAAS, we prioritize providing the best support possible, ensuring that our machines deliver not only performance but also peace of mind.
