Regaining of valuable ferrous and non-ferrous metals!

Ferrous and non-ferrous metals can be melted down over and over again. Therefore, they are perfectly suited for recycling.

The new mobile all metal separator GLADIATOR unique on the market with its working width of up to 2.000 mm. A complete sorting unit for ferrous and non-ferrous metals is housed inside the compact and mobile construction. The GLADIATOR completes the recycling process downstream of mobile shredding and screening plants!

Each material, which lies above the ferrous and non-ferrous metals, makes it more difficult or completely prevents it to eject the metals from the material flow. This is why the infeed of the GLADIATOR is carried out by a sturdy vibrating conveyor, so that the material is distributed over the entire working width.

A neodymium magnetic drum is connected upstream of the non-ferrous separators, which effectively separates ferrous parts from the bulk material and protects the non-ferrous separator.

The magnetic drum is followed by the non-ferrous separator! The separator consists of a short belt section with the pole wheel in its head drum – a fast rotating permanent magnet system which produces high-frequency, magnetic alternating fields. This results in strong eddy-currents inside the non-ferrous metals and magnetic fields with the same polarity form in relation to the magnet rotor, which leads to the formation of the repulsive “lorentz force”. This force works against the gravity and the non-ferrous parts will be ejected from the remaining material flow.

The separated ferrous and non-ferrous metals are discharged in parallel to the remaining working fraction via 3 integrated and hydraulically folding conveyor belts.
